Bumps training Bumps training will run for 3 weeks – 23 November till 11 December 2009. Aimed at those who want specifically to develop their bump skiing. Whether you’re training towards a BASI course (ISTD, ISIA or other), or even just want to raise your game in the bumps, this intensive 5 day programme gives you time break your performance down and target specific weaknesses in your skiing. The fact that you have 5 full days on snow means that you have time not only to identify your strengths and weaknesses, but also to make meaning and permanent changes. Training time will therefore be split between skiing open and rut-line bumps, as well as spending an equal amount of time out of the bumps targeting specific areas of performance through drills and exercises. Dates: 23 November – 11 December (training 5 days per week)
