r21 only calls upon coaches who are at the very sharpest end of their field of expertise. as a result, each coach has a depth of current knowledge in all aspects of their speciality. we also pride ourselves that our coaches can also demonstrate clearly in practice to a high level. we are not satisfied with churning out the same old coaching sessions. the only way for us to remain as sharp as we can is by observing, researching, planning and listening. we know each person that trains with us different. we are are all built differently and we have differing strengths and weaknesses accordingly. so through the application of science and logic added to the benefit of many years experience, we help people go out there and chase their goals - and help them reach them. |
